Error: Invalid packet received and dropped!

I did install BarbaTunnel on Windows Server 2008 x86 as server and intalled BarbaTunnel on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 as client. Every thing works and thank to UDP feature speed is fine.
But when I tried to run BarbaTunnel on Windows 8.1 x64, PPTP connection connects and works but with very slow speed. Seems some overheads. FYI I did copy config file from server to make sure everything is same. I figure out with log level 2 these:

May some port in UDP used by other services. restrict port by changing from 9000-22000 to smaller value such as 12000-13000
