 WinpkFilter 3.0 is commersial

I must to buy license or this is not comersial ?

I already ask this from ntkernel, I asked:

Dear Sir/Madam
Can I use WinpkFilter 3.0 binary in non-commercial open source project? The project is free and I am to include WinpkFilter 3.0 binary files in my open source project.
My project will be available to public and have MIT license.

You are not allowed to include WinpkFilter files into your distribution unless you purchase a Developer license. However, you can request users to download and install WinpkFilter from to be able to use your software.

I just want to announce you the new version of BarbaTunnel does not requires WinpkFilter. It use free open source WinDivert. WinDivert is free software released under the terms of the GNU General Public License Version 3.
